Dual Temperature Probe - To use with DPR 50& 100

The temperature senors are mounted at the end of about a foot of wire, protected by shrink-wrap. These are physically secured to the component to be measured, using  velcro strips, or any other mechanism that ensures good contact.As example, we  used a variety of methods - on LiPo packs had just the right spacing to slip a sensor between the cells, another had a nice fit if inserted between the wires, underneath the external shrink wrap. For motor temperature,we recommend a velcro strap on an exposed motor in a helicopter and an aircraft, and a foam wedge for models where the motor was installed down deep inside the nose of a fuselage.

The dual temperature probe is  great for measuring battery and motor temperature. It is used this in a couple of applications, where you do want  to carefully track these parameters - one a high power setup, the other in a model that can fly for up to 25 minutes.
